Something new for me

I am trying something new . Thanks to

my friend lynne ,  I am playing around

with oil pastels. I did this with a pogo

printer for the photo. I put gesso

on the moleskin paper (watercolor)

then I painted with acrylic paint,

put a layer of gel medium and then

used oil pastels. I then put a layer

of gel medium on top of the oil pastels.

Let it dry and outlined it with a pitt pen.

I have another painting started using

the muslin cloth. It is a new learning

curve for me. I look forward to

trying new things in 2010.

Time to raise the bar .
