This was the result of a pan of coreopsis .
I have an abundant of flowers this year .
I cut off the flowers and put them in a pan
covered with water and let them sit . I forgot
about them for about 5 days . I have never
gotten this dark of color . Its is not my favorite
color but maybe I can adjust my thinking .
I dyed linen , cotton and silk .
I think I got pretty close to mother nature ,
